Former Officer Charged in Embezzlement Investigation

On Monday, May 18, at the direction of the Fairfax County Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, Lon A. Wolber, a former Fairfax County police officer was indicted on a felony embezzlement charge in violation of the Code of Virginia § 18.2-111 and one count of Misuse of public funds in violation of the Code of Virginia § 18.2-112.1.
